Braised Kampango / Mlamba in Sauce

Lake Malawi catfish, kampango or mlamba (two types of catfish found in Lake Malawi) depending on availability, grilled then finished in a fragrant tomato sauce and served with nsima (a thick porridge made from maize flour).
