Tiger nut drink

🤍 This plant drink is blended and strained.

Ingredients

• 200 g food-grade tiger nuts already rehydrated according to packaging
• 1000 ml drinking water
• 30 g sugar

Preparation

Choose food-grade tiger nuts already rehydrated and stored as the supplier directs. Prior rehydration time is not included.

Rinse and blend finely with drinking water, in batches if needed for the appliance.

Strain through clean muslin into a stable container and stir in sugar.

Refrigerate immediately and serve four chilled portions. Stir before pouring.
