Ingredients

  • 300 g commercially supplied edible Saba senegalensis pulp, without rind
  • 1000 ml drinking water
  • 60 g sugar

Preparation

Use identified edible pulp and follow packaging. Do not substitute unidentified wild fruit.

Work pulp in the water with a spoon to release it, without crushing seeds.

Strain out seeds and fibres. Add sugar and mix.

Refrigerate promptly and divide into four chilled portions.
