Ingredients

• 800 g commercial madila made from pasteurized milk

Preparation

Use commercial food-grade madila, made from pasteurized milk, respecting the cold chain and the instructions on its packaging.

Mix gently if the product shows normal separation indicated by the manufacturer.

Divide into 4 glasses of 200 g and serve chilled.

This serving sheet does not describe domestic fermentation. Any bogobe is a distinct accompaniment.
